By downloading or using Deal Calculator (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Deal Calculator helps you work out discounts, reverse discounts, unit prices, and tips. It is provided for personal, informational use.

Calculations are estimates

The app is a calculator, not financial advice. Results depend entirely on the values you enter and on rounding, tax rates, and store policies that we cannot verify. Always confirm the final price with the retailer before you buy. We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on a calculation shown in the app.

Pro purchase

Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks all themes, removes advertising, and increases the saved history limit.

• The price shown at the moment of purchase, in your local currency, is the price that applies.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation.
• Pro is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices using Restore purchase.
• Because Pro is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled under Apple’s policies — we cannot issue refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Advertising

The free version displays ads. We do not control which specific ads are shown, and their appearance in the app is not an endorsement. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled and how to manage your consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, attempt to circumvent the Pro purchase, or use the app in violation of any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Moin Patel and are protected by copyright. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of anything.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. They end automatically if you stop using and delete the app.
