The short version. The wallpapers you make are yours, for anything you like, including commercial work. Do not try to break the app or resell it as your own. There is one optional purchase; it is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Agreement

By downloading or using Meshwork: Gradient Wallpapers ("Meshwork"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Meshwork is published by Phonix Media.

The wallpapers you create

Meshwork generates images on your device from mathematical patterns. Any wallpaper you generate or export is yours. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely, including commercially, with no attribution required and no fee owed to us.

This grant covers the images you produce. It does not cover the app itself, its name, its icon, or its source code.

What you agree not to do

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Redistribute, resell, or republish the app itself, or present it as your own product.
Interfere with the advertising in the app, or use the app in a way that generates invalid ad activity.
Use the app in violation of any applicable law.

Purchases

Meshwork offers one optional in-app purchase, "Remove ads", which removes all advertising from the app.

It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing recurs and nothing auto-renews.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
It applies to every device signed in to the same Apple ID. Use Restore purchase in the app to re-apply it.
The price shown in the app is the authoritative one for your region.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue, approve, or deny a refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Advertising

Unless you have purchased "Remove ads", the app displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. We do not choose or endorse individual ads, and we are not responsible for the content of an ad or for anything on a site or app it links to. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Setting a wallpaper

Please note that iOS does not permit any third-party app to set your wallpaper directly. This is an Apple platform restriction, not a limitation we chose. Meshwork saves the image to your photo library, and you set it from Settings › Wallpaper. Any app claiming otherwise on iOS is doing the same thing.

Availability

Meshwork is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and you may have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
