Privacy Policy

Meshwork: Gradient Wallpapers · Last updated 5 August 2026

The short version. Meshwork has no account, no server, and no database. Your wallpapers are generated on your phone and never leave it unless you save them to your own photo library. The only third parties involved are Google AdMob, which serves ads, and RevenueCat, which processes the optional purchase.

Who we are

What Meshwork does not collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
We do not upload the wallpapers you generate or save. They are drawn on your device and stay there.
We do not read, scan, or upload your photo library. Photo access is used only to write a file you explicitly chose to save.
We do not operate analytics, tracking pixels, or a server that receives your activity.

What stays on your device

Your saved wallpapers, your appearance choice, and whether you have seen the walkthrough are stored locally on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them. Note that a saved wallpaper is stored as a short recipe, not an image file.

Advertising

Meshwork shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve them, Google may process device and usage information, which can include a device advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device characteristics.

On iOS, Meshwork asks for your permission before any tracking identifier is used. If you decline, ads still appear but are not personalised, and no feature is withheld.
In the EEA and UK, Meshwork presents a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform before serving personalised ads. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time in the app under Themes › Ad privacy options.
Purchasing "Remove ads" stops all advertising in the app, and with it the data sharing described in this section.

Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Purchases

The optional "Remove ads" purchase is handled by Apple and by RevenueCat, which records whether the purchase is active so it can be restored on your other devices. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase receipt. We never receive or store your payment details; those go to Apple alone. Children

Meshwork is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will act promptly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because Meshwork holds no account and no server-side profile, the most direct route is usually your device itself:

Reset or disable your advertising identifier in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and Apple Advertising.
Withdraw ad consent in the app under Themes › Ad privacy options.
Delete the app to remove everything stored locally.
